Many thanks to Caroline and Richard, what wonderful hosts. Breakfast was wonderful, especially the fruit salad and everything really. The room and bed were very comfortable and most relaxing. Have a facial and a massage yet before we leave.The gardens are beautiful. Went to lunch at the Vineyard and enjoyed fine food and wine. Richard gave us a lift and collected us when we were finished. What a lovely touch to outstanding customer service.

A luxury small hotel Perth Hills experience.We booked for one night but wished we had stayed longer. We enjoyed the peaceful tranquility the location and all the home comforts provided by Caroline and Richard. The food was amazing, both dinner and breakfasting we simply enjoyed the chance to relax in such beautiful surrounds. Nest time we will stay for more than one night!

An absolutely wonderful weekend, this place is superb and very tastefully decorated. My partner is a roof plumber so the rustic feature s were appreciated. We came up for the Harvest Festival so it was an easy walk home (across the road)from an enjoyable day out. I'm lying in the hammock listening to the softly playing live music from the wineries i write this and ponder the thought of entering reality again. Breakfast was amazing! The fresh fruit was delicious and the bacon OMG,it was cooked perfect. Caroline and Richard are amazing hosts and i can see why they have won so many awards. We will definitely be back. Thanks again for an enjoyable stay or as my partner says; best weekend away ever!!

My second stay here at Fawkes House and as enjoyable as the last. This time i explored the region a bit more with some walks and a trip over to the beautiful winery over the road. A true break from reality with great hosts and amazing food.

A wonderful place. We loved the personal touches in every corner, the effort was apparent everywhere you looked, which made the experience both nurturing and relaxing. A warm and welcoming stay, and we are sure the food was cooked with love, you could taste it! (Mother and daughter before arrival of our first grandchild.)

This has been a haven....just the getaway we hoped for.Lovely woodland walks, hot baths and lazy hammock sleeps with the most gorgeous cat. And lets not forget the scrumptious breakfast. I recommend the croissant sealed salmon poached egg and hollandaise sauce. I can't wait to be back for another break. Thank you Caroline and Richard we loved it!

This is our third visit, our last one being 8 years ago. Everything is as wonderful as we remembered from the fantastic hosts, Richard and Caroline, the beautiful food and stunning scenery and tranquil surroundings. Such a peaceful and most needed retreat for us. Thank you so much for the perfect getaway. We will definitely be back for a fourth visit!
