Bruschetta

Featuring fresh tomatoes, homemade pesto, (from our garden) drizzled with lemon oil, shaved parmesan.

All on freshly toasted farmhouse bread. Sorry forgot to take photo!

Salmon in a Citrus Sauce

A generous salmon steak, coated in fresh herbs from our garden, pan fried in rosemary oil. Sauce of local citrus.

Served with selection of fresh lightly steamed veggies.

Strawberry Eton Mess

A concoction of homemade pink meringue, lashings of thick cream and local fresh strawberries.

A thin chocolate  biscuit. 

Selection of quality teas or plunger coffee.

Our guest loved her dinner selection. She took her dessert to her cottage to eat at her leisure. 

A chilled glass of Myattsfield Vermentino was chosen to accompany her meal.
